1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any services provided by Blue Sky Buses (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blue Sky Buses.
2. Services Description
Blue Sky Buses provides bus rental, charter, and transportation services in Abu Dhabi and across the United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to, staff transportation, school bus services, airport transfers, city tours, VIP transport, labour transportation, vehicle rental, and delivery services. All services are subject to vehicle availability and operational capacity.
3. Booking and Reservations
- Bookings can be made by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form.
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Blue Sky Buses via email or WhatsApp.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers, and any special requirements.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion if we are unable to fulfil the request due to operational constraints.
- Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons and for large group transportation.
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing for our services will be communicated at the time of booking and is subject to the specifics of the requested service, including distance, duration, vehicle type, and number of passengers.
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due as agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other methods as agreed upon with our team.
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time exceeding the agreed schedule, route deviations, overtime, or additional stops not included in the original booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled departure time will be charged the full booking amount.
- Blue Sky Buses reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement will be offered.
6. Liability
- Blue Sky Buses maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers as required by UAE law.
- We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform services due to traffic conditions, road closures, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left on our vehicles is limited. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
- Blue Sky Buses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Vehicle Usage
- All vehicles provided by Blue Sky Buses are regularly maintained, inspected, and comply with UAE transportation regulations.
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
- Passengers must not tamper with, damage, or deface any vehicle or its equipment. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused by their passengers.
- The maximum passenger capacity of each vehicle must not be exceeded for safety and legal compliance.
- Vehicles are not to be used for the transport of hazardous materials, illegal goods, or any items prohibited under UAE law.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the driver, including wearing seatbelts where provided.
- Passengers must be at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time. Blue Sky Buses is not responsible for delays caused by late passengers.
- Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the service without refund.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors travelling on our vehicles.
9. Force Majeure
Blue Sky Buses shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, road closures, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as practicable and to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
